Pedaga Consulting Firm Inc. and its affiliates (“Pedaga™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide content through websites, applications, and digital platforms that link to these Terms of Use (collectively, the “Site”), subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
Pedaga™ may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. These Terms were last updated in January 2026. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Copyrights
All content and functionality available on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, audio content, and the selection and arrangement thereof—together with any concepts, methodologies, frameworks, tools, software, applications, algorithms, models, processes, industry perspectives, and related technologies underlying or embedded in the Site (collectively, the “Site Content”) are the exclusive property of Pedaga™ or its licensors.
The Site Content is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted under Section 3 – Use of Site Content, the Site Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse-engineered, altered, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from Pedaga™. This includes the removal or circumvention of any security features, copyright notices, disclaimers, or technological safeguards.
The use of automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, extract, or harvest data or content from the Site is strictly prohibited.
2. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and designs displayed on the Site (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are the registered or unregistered trademarks of Pedaga™ or its licensors.

Pedaga™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, download, and print one copy of the Site Content solely for your internal business or informational use, provided that:

(d) contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

Pedaga™ does not endorse user-generated content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy or legality. Pedaga™ reserves the right to remove or refuse content at its sole discretion.
5. Notices of Infringement and Takedown
Pedaga™ respects intellectual property rights and prohibits infringing content. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the information provided below with sufficient detail to allow us to investigate.
6. Disclaimers
THE SITE CONTENT AND FUNCTIONALITY ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. PEDAGA™ IS NOT PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, OR REGULATED ADVICE THROUGH THE SITE.

9. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent
Users Under 13
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. Pedaga™ does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
Users Under 18
Users under 18 may only use the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site, you represent that such consent has been obtained.
Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor’s personal information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Pedaga™ reserves the right to remove content posted by minors that violates these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Ontario, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
